Your budget plan stays on your iPhone or in your browser. Web editing requires an account and an active subscription. If web access ends, your plan remains available to view and export but becomes read-only. If something is not working, email us and we will help you troubleshoot it.

What to include
Please include whether you are using iPhone or web, the SolventPBM version if visible, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send your backup file or sensitive financial information unless support specifically asks for it.
Backups and your data
Your paycheck, bill, expense, and debt data stays on your device or in your browser. If you need to move it, use SolventPBM’s JSON export and restore tools. SolventPBM does not have access to your local plan.
